Great! Let’s delve into how you can incorporate viable solutions into your essay. Here’s an approach to structuring this part of your essay effectively:

Start by contextualizing the problem within the broader scope of healthcare costs. Highlight the urgency and impact on individuals and society. This will set the stage for introducing your solutions.

**1. Identify Key Areas for Improvement:**
- Begin by outlining specific areas where improvements can be made. This provides a clear roadmap for the solutions you’ll propose.
- For instance, you might focus on policy reforms, insurance adjustments, cost transparency, or innovative healthcare delivery models.

   - Quotes from your notes:
     - "As my research progresses, I hope to investigate the ways in which policy choices, insurance types, and socioeconomic position all play a role in these financial difficulties."
     - "Could certain policies lower the cost of healthcare?"

4. **How Does the U.S. Healthcare System Compare to Other Countries?**
   - Comparing healthcare systems can provide insights into different models and potential reforms for the U.S.
   - Quotes from your notes:
     - "What is the difference between the expense of healthcare in the United States and other nations with different systems?"

The Kaiser Family Foundation article discusses how costly healthcare is for a large number of Americans. It explains that the majority of individuals worry about covering medical expenses, and many find it difficult to cover unforeseen expenses. Some people even forego medication or doctor's appointments because they are unable to pay for it. The essay highlights the extent of the issue and makes the case for changes to lower the cost of healthcare.

The dystopian trait of manipulation is seen in this chapter and Orwell is correct in predicting that the government will attempt to control their reality. The party can be seen erasing documents to align with their values, changing history and spreading false info. This makes the proles doubt their own memories and "trust" the party. The link below relates this to modern society where higher powers may use misinformation to alter the truth.

The Party's use of violent movies as entertainment demonstrates how they normalize violence and are working to desensitize the public.

The constant presence of the telescreen reminds me of the monitoring in Becoming. Winston's inability to avoid examination is similar to Michelle Obama and how she was always watched in her role as First Lady.

This reminds me of The Great Gatsby. Just like Winston puts on a mask under surveillance, Gatsby constantly performs a version of himself to fit into society and impress others.

I think the point of this statement was for Orwell to critique the government and the way that they say things to manipulate the thoughts of people. It reminded me of propaganda slogans, such as "Make America Great Again", which sounds simple but it is not when you think about all that truly has to go in for that to happen.
