It is extremely unfair that if the father doesn't want anything to do with the child the responsibility would automatically drop to the mother and how the father would not need to sacrifice anything while the mother would be criticized for being irresponsible and blamed for everything. I agree that women should get a say in what happens to their body and if people don't want a child, they shouldn't be forced to have one by other people. The child isn't going to be taken care of by people who wont mind their own business, it's going to be the responsibility of the mother and the baby is going to make the lives of both the mother and their own lives worse so its better to not have a child if the mother is not ready for one. When COVID happened, my family and most of the people I knew from school were scared for their lives.
