I can relate as I'm Asian American and I've only faced a minor amount of racism. Although I do believe it could be better as we reinforce the idea that everyone is equal through more time of interactions between different groups of people.

Racism is an ongoing issue that's very prevalent in our society. It's very difficult to solve as it's an accumulation of hatred that's build on decades and even centuries of conflict. It's understandable why such precautions as stated in the paragraph occurs, but it shouldn't have to be necessary.

It's very informative of what happens in a low income neighborhood, however the essay fails to discuss the possible solutions in ending this issue. This is likely because it's very difficult to solve this without the funding of several people. However, I do believe if we work together, we could prevent this issue from occurring again.

The idea that karma exists seems both superstitious and pretentious. The example of giving your seat up doesn't display karma via fate but rather your moral compass rewarding you for helpful.

The initial appearance of an individual can determine the treatment to that person. This is the norm of people who have little interaction with certain other individuals. I agree that it is certainly harmful and difficult but through a certain period of time, we can show our strengths and prove we aren't whom we appear to be.

It's frustrating how we've made opinions and feelings our main priority. When we feel attacked we often defend ourselves in a manner not seen as beneficial towards both parties. This results in a negative perspective on certain groups or individuals as negative confirmation bias is confirmed. The only way to fight back against it is to not fight at all.

I can relate as an Asian American myself, racism is an ongoing issue that can spiral out of control as the chain of hatred spreads. The normalization of discrimination is both tragic yet expected. This is because many people have lingering hatred about certain minorities whether caused by their parents or from personal experience. This lingering hatred is often spread out into the community creating mobs of hate. This destructive behavior divides us and will slow or even halt our development.

This leads to a prevalent issue in our society. We are constantly under the stress of attacks, foreign and internal. I believe that the cause of this are problems in the education system. It puts a lot of stress on students which could lead to dangerous outbursts that hurt people surrounding them.

Barrack Obama, a leader of many, has helped countless people regardless of race. His push towards racial progress is expected but that's what leads him to be a more meaningful president. Not only that, but he has also provided other benefits towards Americans such as Obamacare.

The idea that we must always be able to protest is very important as it's the ability to change what should not remain. If we are unable to change we will be stuck in an eternal loop of failure. This will ultimately lead to a collapse of society as growth isn't impossible and the only way is down.

The comment about feminism is controversial but I'd agree as, the benefits of having a WNBA is severely less than the NBA which leads to a lower payment towards female athletes. This supports the idea that it's a meritocracy under the name of democracy.
