When researching traits that are most likely to lead to future success many sources talk about being resilient and not easily shaken and the inner drive to perform and do your best regardless of circumstances. Another thing that is a common thread in how successful you will be is childhood adversity. In the book “david and goliath” by malcolm gladwell he talks about how most of the presidents and prime ministers have had at least one parent die before adulthood many others had to overcome some difficulty in childhood.

He talks abpout the 10000 hour rule where to get good at somthing you must practice at that thing for 10000 hours to become a master. In cases like bill gates he was granted acess to a top of the line computer coding facility when he was 13 this is a great oppertunity and he uses this computer system all the time and before he has created microsoft he has racked up in malcoms approximation at least morethan 10000 hours of coding
