Thanksgiving is all about mirrored reflection, thanksgiving , family. it's a holiday in the united states that falls on the fourth thursday in november and though it can be traced back to the early 17th century when english pilgrims and indians held a harvest banquet together, todays mondern Thanksgiving is really about enjoying the things we have, the lives of those we truly care about. For a lot of people, thanksgiving is about the family. people cling to tables full of standard fare- turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and of course, Mac N cheese. The vacation more than the food, reminds us to slow down and look at the blessings in our lives large and small. Thanksgiving has evolved over the years into a more commercial journey, Black friday shopping following the next but it's still about thanks. There are people that go out and volunteer, this is really time to value people we see and meet in this world. This day is not just a meal it's way more than that. you might be loaded up with family and friends or you might be alone, but Thanksgiving is a chance to get off the grid and relish in what matters in life.
