In earlier ones that I read they said that the phase-out won't happen till 2035 but according to this article that is not the case. The Biden Admin. started a mandate to not stop making gas-cars as stated that is not yet possible but they now have a limit. They now have a certain amount of gas-powered cars they can produce and some now have a minimum of ev's they have to produce. Sadly, sooner rather than later you'll see more EV'S on the road than gas-cars.
