In my opinion, I wasn't really impressed by the halftime show, and I'm not a big fan of Kendrick Lamar. However, I did enjoy seeing SZA perform her being there added a lot of energy to the stage. I also thought the backup dancers did an amazing job. Their choreography was on point, and their red, white, and blue outfits symbolizing the American flag were a nice touch. The overall production value of the show was high, with impressive lighting and stage effects. Even though the musical lineup wasn't my favorite, the visual elements and performances by the dancers made it a memorable experience.
The stage that was a triangle, circle, x, and controller it shows how America is controlling us. Then some lights were numbered counting to 100. Also, there was a loading bar under the numbers. This was saying how the performance was based of a video game and how we were being played. Which I thought was very creative and out of the box.
The halftime show opened up to Samuel L Jackson saying "This is America's greatest game." Then Kendrick sings the "squabble up." Uncle Sam then pops up and says "This is not what America wants. It's too loud, It's too reckless, it's too ghetto." Then his back up dancers formed into an American flag. Even though I didn't really like Kendricks singing I thought this was very creativity and interesting
