There was a lot of chaos after the Super Bowl. Everyone knew we were going to win so they were already preparing to celebrate. A lot of people left during halftime or five minutes before the game ended because they wanted to be out as soon as possible. I went to Broad Street and there were so many people. I loved it to be honest but it was also kind of crazy. I loved the energy. Everyone was cheering, hugging strangers, and singing fight songs.The way that everyone came together was very heartwarming. It really showed how we can come together. But it was also wild, I almost got stampeded on. I had to hold onto someone’s hand to make sure I didn’t get lost. Beer was flying everywhere and I got some in my hair, but I didn’t even care because it was so worth it. Seeing the community come together like that was absolutely amazing. Everyone was wearing their Eagles stuff, waving flags, and celebrating the win like it was the best day of their lives. Strangers were high-fiving each other, fireworks were going off, and cars were honking nonstop. It was one of those moments where you realize how much sports can bring people together. The city felt alive in a way that’s hard to describe, and I’ll never forget being part of that unforgettable night.
