2025 Niamh W 2025 Niamh W (Feb 21 2025 1:15PM) : Though Utah government seems to be taking initiative in creating more homes as a solution, I cannot help but think that these efforts are ineffective as they do are often built with the bare minimum in mind and as such maintain an unhealthy environment. more

Additionally with the mass production the houses lack the individuality that increases appeal in the city.

Starter homes are smaller, less expensive homes lived in for a few years. The target homebuyers are often young families in the process of saving for a long-term home.
