George Orwell is correct . I believe that all issues are political issues. However, I think Kamala Harris did a good job of using good writing and sounding relatable to her audience.

I do think that the way it was delivered is an example of why we have to be critical of the people who have power. the things we are told can sound great but we have to watch the way they are told to us and make sure that they aren’t being insincere.

I believe that when Goegrge Orwell states, “Chaos is connected with the decay of language”, it is clear that when offensive terms or language used to explain why someone is wrong, is often turned into the chaos side of language. I do see why Orwell says that chaos is the reason for it because the two subjects are both heavily involved with hatred.

George Orwell also says that the great enemy of clear language is insincerity. I believe this would be a leading factor as to why clear language could be used this way, but I do think that what Harris is saying isn’t insincere, because it is not yet justifiable.
